         PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: It is a high-performance single component ready to use novel silanes & modified silicone-based air-drying transparent acid, alkali proof clear coat paint. It has great bonding characteristics useful for a variety of metal substrates. It is a great replacement of two-pack pu or epoxy clear paint system for long-term acid, alkali proof application, water, salt-water, moisture, weather, U/v, high scratch & corrosion resistant applications.

PREBOND-MS50 offers unprecedented advancement in indoor & outdoor long-term corrosion protection. After application it provides an air-drying clear transparent very hard protective coating on the non-painted metal surface or previously applied epoxy, PU or powder coated surface. Especially, it was designed for acid, alkali, water, salt-water, high scratch & corrosion resistance applications in chemical processing industries and marine costal areas.

In a single coat application, it deposits a very hard corrosion resistant layer that delivers 18*–24*-months metal protection life in highly-corrosive & highly-acidic area without paint. The durable film provides extreme corrosion protection even in the toughest environments, including long-term resistance to salt-water, making this coating particularly very useful in drilling, marine, industrial, chemical processing, galvanizing, battery & export items.

Also, it can be applying on top coated with previously applied epoxy, PU or powder coated surface. When used in conjunction with previously applied painted/coated surface, this product can extend the life of a metal surface significantly minimum for 04*-05* years more in highly-acidic, alkaline, highly-salty & highly-corrosive areas.
